In this exercise, you will derive the positions of four RECTs.
Open the file "widgetNav.gif" in Adobe Photoshop; the stuffed/zipped file can be downloaded from the links at the bottom of this page.
There are four RECTs that need to be derived from "widgetNav.gif": one each around the words and arrows for "Widgets", "Gadgets", "Dingbats", and "Email*". Follow the directions from the previous section for viewing the necessary Info palette information for deriving the x,y coordinates needed.
When you've finished, you may check your results against my results. Remember that your results will probably not match mine exactly.
